The Healthy Eating Culture

How you eat is more important than what you eat

The human body has its own healing power. By eating with the right habits, you can live a healthy life without dependence on drugs and medication.

We encourage people to cultivate these healthy habits:

  1. Drink 600cc of lukewarm water in the morning on empty stomach upon waking up from bed. Drink in small sip. Let the water runs through the body for an hour before you take your breakfast.
  2. For every meal that you take, eat in this sequence: soup and liquid first, followed by vegetables, then rice and noodles, and leave meat to the last.  Meat takes the longest time, about 4 hours, to digest. So it is best to eat meat last so that the easily digestible items like vegetables can be digested first. The goal is to complete the digestion process in the shortest time possible so as to minimize the production and accumulation of toxic waste.
  3. After each meal, do not drink any liquid at all. Wait for about one and a half hour later before you drink water. Any water drunk right after meal would dilute the gastric juices and slow down the digestion process. It may also induce more gastric juices to be produced, causing discomfort.
  4. Chew 30 times before you swallow your food.

Video 4:   Usage of Happy Oligo

14 grams of Isomalto Oligosaccharide a day can increase your intestinal good bacteria count from 3%, which is that of a 65 years old, to 25% like a child. Good bacteria clings onto your intestinal tract and they play 4 major roles: immune, help beak down food, metabolise toxin, and produce Vitamin B. IMO is given to children in schools in some countries.
