Happy Oligo® is Isomalto Oligosaccharide of 97.5% purity, which is a prebiotic for feeding the good bacteria in your intestine to promote their growth, thus aid in building immunity, especially in the colon. Happy Oligo® is 100% Organic.

| Servings per bottle | 200 grams per bottle of powdered food. Approximately 34 tablespoons/bottle (1 tablespoon is approx. 5~6 grams). |
| Daily serving | 5 to 10g per day to maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora.
15 to 30g per day is recommended for more intensive usage if you have a weak immune system, allergies, stomach disorder or poor bowel movement. Maximum 30g per day, 2 x 15g or 3 x 10g per day.
Can also be sprinkled on food or taken with any medication. Can be taken any time of the day, before or after meal. Can be used as a sweetener, substituting sugar. |
