Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not been roasted. Green coffee bean contains a natural compound called “Chlorogenic acid”. When coffee beans are roasted in high temperature, the chlorogenic acid is mostly destroyed, thus giving rise to the release of the coffee’s aroma, flavor and brown color.

1. Chlorogenic acid ( 绿原酸 ) is a polyphenolic compound ( 多酚化合物 ) that is known to be a natural antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals in the body. Free radicals oxidize cells in the body to cause cell degeneration, slow down metabolism resulting in accelerated aging and weight gain.
2. Chlorogenic acid can also slow down the release of glucose into bloodstream, thus regulating blood glucose level, helps burn fat, limits the storage of fat and helps reduce triglycerides & cholesterol levels, and is also used for weight control.

Roasting process can destroy up to 70% of the chlorogenic acid content in the coffee bean. So the potential health benefits from drinking regular coffee (from roasted coffee beans) would be significantly less than if taking a green coffee chlorogenic acid supplement. In general, the coffee (from roasted coffee beans) that we drank does not have any effects on slimming and beauty.

Green coffee bean has the highest content of chlorogenic acid among natural plant sources. Raw coffee beans are difficult to digest and consuming it direct may cause indigestion. Capacity	100 grams per bottle of powdered food (spoon enclosed inside bottle) Each flat scoop is one (1) gram.
Dimension	6.5(l) x 6.5(w) x 10.5(h) cm
Dosage	The recommended daily dosage is 6 to 8g. Maximum is 12g a day. For health maintenance, take 2g twice or 3 times a day before meal. For slimming, take 3 to 4g twice or 3 times a day before meal.
Directions	Consume 2 or 3 times a day BEFORE meal, 2 to 4g each time. Do not exceed 4g each time. Maximum 12g a day. Every bottle has a plastic spoon inside. One flat scoop is 1g. Stir in 100ml of cold or lukewarm water and drink. Can add Happy Oligo® Prebiotics for better flavor. Recommended to drink 600cc of warm water in small sip every morning to help stimulate bowel movement. Sight of sediment even after stirring due to the presence of fiber. This is a normal phenomenon.
